What is iTHRIVE?

iTHRIVE is a program with the goal of providing appropriate and comprehensive services to Georgians with disabilities in a timely and effective manner! The services provided assist individuals with disabilities in gaining vital skills needed for high quality work which will lead to competitive employment opportunities and the ability to not only retain jobs but to advance in their chosen career. Ultimately, as a faith-based organization, we believe that our services will help Georgians with disabilities find new careers, live more independently, overcome obstacles, and face new challenges.

What is iTHRIVE?

Overview


Within individual high schools or in a community-based center, iTHRIVE Pre-ETS instructor(s) will provide small group instruction five days per week for 6 hours in eight individual sessions to groups of students with disabilities (30 or less). The students will attend from 8:00 AM to 2 PM Monday - Friday, consisting of 6 hours covering each Pre-ETS foundational services: Job Exploration, Counseling, Work-Based Learning, Workplace Readiness Training, Counseling in Post-Secondary Education, and Instructions in Self Advocacy instruction.
